I don't wana mention any names so think of 3 corrupt people in the government, ok, the 3 of them are travelling in a private jet and the first one says 'I can make 1 person very happy by throwing this R200 note out the plane', the second one says 'I can make 2 people very happy by throwing these 2 R100 notes out', the third one says 'I can make 20 people happy by throwing 20 R10 notes out the plane', the pilot looks at the co-pilot and says 'I can throw all 3 of them out the plane and make a whole damn country very happy'!
