Would like to give a to this branch for excellent + friendly service On Youth day went to this branch for my alignment. To do this they had to bend my one strut(camber) and add splines to correct the one rear wheel (to adjust the toe-in). While they were busy with the alignment they broke off the bolt on the tie-rod end (not their fault, I would rather have it tight) but offered to fix it once they could source a bolt(it was a public holiday). Also had the incorrect rims on my car so they offered to adjust alignment again free once I had the correct rims back on, mine were in for refurbishing. Had to fix the tie-rod on Monday night as the car became undrivable with the original rims, however as soon as I arrived this morning he remembered and wanted to fix it ASAP. They struggled a little with the camber again this morning but didn't stop till it was 100% Would like to thank this branch for getting my car running as new again. Special thanks to the manager and especially the alignment guy(gave you lots of work twice now) for everything done. To the owner of Goodhope - please organize lunch or something for this branch for keeping up great service Off to the Mag place to get my refurbished rims re-balanced

Think it is how you deal with people not the colour you are But then again different day different service. I thought 5th avenue wasn't great, didn't even realize there was something wrong with my rear suspension and wanted my to replace rubbers that are 100% - and yes, I was still white that day
