"Ending off the year the right way by showing how much we care"

We're extremely grateful to be able to support Mr. Kaashief Lakay's Kids-Can Cancer Foundation by donating care packs to several children who have been diagnosed with cancer.

*Drive to Tygerberg Hospital - Francie Van Zijl Road (about 3km's away) where we will meet some of the children and do the handover

What we kindly request from you, please:
Grab a few items (see care package suggestions below) to the value of around R150, put them in a bag, and bring it with you on the 17th.
Please do not put any kids names on, just write the age and if it's meant for a boy or girl.
There are kids aged from 1 year all the way up to 16 years.

We are not limited to this list, so if you feel you would like to bring extra care packages or packages for someone (age and gender) that is not listed, please feel very welcome to bring it along. The foundation has kids all over South Africa and the number of kids change on a daily basis.

One of those that tugged at the heartstrings, really hard!

We would like to say THANK YOU to all those that attended/contributed/donated. You have absolutely no idea how much those kids appreciated and reacted to your gifts/care packs. Interacting and meeting the kids were definitely the highlight of our year!

A few pics will be posted soon. Not much pics were taken of the kids, so if we post those, their faces will not be visible.

Once again, a HUGE thank you to everyone, especially Kaashief and family/team from Kids-Can Cancer Foundation, staff and management at Tygerberg Hospital Ward G3, the parents and families, as well as everyone else involved with the kids. We admire all of you guys a lot!
