Anybody know whose it is - cos' I see it's CF registration

There's lotsa nice Opels driving around, but we don't know the people.
Everyday I see a woman on Jan Smuts Drive, heading towards the N2/Pinelands. She has a lowered 200is Kadett with fan rims and angel eyes. I'm not good with colours, but it's similar to Opelluvr's colour.

Smarag Str  Nei, Fam of my wife stays in Cabral Str, and its closer (and cheaper) to walk there rather than drive.
