This is how the intro form looked with a couple of questions each one had to pick a small piece of paper with a word on it & then find the person with the opposite word, u then had to fill in the form for the other person & intro the person to the rest...was damn funny i didn't take any pics of the "egg & spoon" race & "paperclip & toothpick" game. will see if i can get some from others & post
