So I buy a car from fakes two weeks ago "as is"

He removes the spark plug cover without informing me (apparently he forgot), replaces it with an inferior cover.

Two weeks later after he told me he would return the cover I have yet to receive it.

I like to see someone here who has their red alluminium spark plug cover replaced with a plastic black cover (without permissiion or knowledge) when they take their car somewhere for repairs or otherwise and see how happy you are going to be.

And then he still tells me he won't do business with me again, as if I caused this problem.

I have done business with a lot of people, not only on forums and not only cars and I have yet to come across someone who has bad dealings with me, unless heres someone here who can say something about bad business they have done with me. I pride myself on doing honest business and for him to insult me like that is beyond me, especially if you consider that he is in the wrong.

I doubt I will ever see that cover but his actions, behaviour and reactions won't be forgotten.

yo guys i have been to saturnz before and this guy is excellent to do business with.

damn saturnz of all the people who get bad luck it has to be you.

guys i've seen him go out the way to get my buddy a cosworth head and just a pity my friend bought another head a few hours before saturnz gave him a call.

by the way saturnz i have a feeling dylan still want that head of yours even though he got another one.

yeah I spoke to Dylan and we are in the process of negotiating.

I did give him the first option on the head but I have told him that I have made it available now since there are quite a few people interested in the head.

R150?

Thats an insult really, but keep your money and my cover, we both know you were never going to give it back to me, if you were, it would of just taken you the effort of contacting your friend and having him return it, that should of taken much less than two weeks since it took less than two days to get rid of it, and the fact that you continue with the R150 line is only further evidence of this.

But see how it benefits you in the long run, remember that is my haq.

nah it is sorted out

Its pretty clear I won't get the cover.

This thread was just to highlight my "experience" with doing business with fakes84, since this is the experience section of this forum.

U dont know the situation.

Plus, a brand new cover cost R500. That cover that was on the car was 16years old, so R150 would be a fair price to pay for a 2nd hand cover.

You are hijacking the thread.

The thread was just to show my experience with doing business with you. Your excuses and proposals are a waste of time since you have no intention of returning my cover, thats pretty clear.

the cover for R500 you refer to is the black cover.

The metal ones go for R300-R500 second hand, depending on where you get it, one recently went for R300 on the other forum and I've sold one on this forum for R400.

R150 is not fair compensation I think, reflective in the fact that nobody on this forum would sell a metal cover here for R150.
