Had a HID kit installed by them three weeks ago. Within the first week I had to go back three times cos the right side light wouldn't work. Then they swapped it around now the left side isn't working. Pathetic after sales service. Went there again today requesting standard globes ma and he said I must bring the car back so they can check the wiring again.

if they swopped it around and then the other side not working.

then its probably the ballast.

I have no why people find it hard to install HID KITS lol its just plug and play if you dont come right let me know , I have a set of H4 HID kit available and its super easy to fit.

other thing on the F-series is the headlight main plug likes to get burnt over years just check it out.

mooi price tauzty.

and yes lupi is right i do it for R600 (actually R650 for h4 but will leave it R600 for forum members) supply and fit.

and yes it is quite easy but like lupi i prefer not to mess with wiring and have the auto electrician do it for me.
plus he does everything much neater than i would the way he runs the wiring for relays etc. also mounting the ballasts nicely is important... but if you lucky like lupini you get away with it for 2 years before it starts acting up lol.

PS hello peter them for their crap service if they don't give you a full refund. sometimes it's fitment or factory faults... but i have also seen some shops using the crappy china town kits which don't last either. remember consumer rights people and practice them when you have to

hello peter them buddy. no place likes bad publicity. and it seems that they could have just given you and old kit and trying to put the blame on you. they should also have a warranty on their work. even i give a 6 month warranty with my kit on condition it's fitted by me.
