And the girls that work there are extremely efficient and the branch manager is gay I think maybe not, but he is way too friendly, greets me and always ask if I want assistance while tilting his head. Never had a problem with this in Long Street.
I went to Nedbank Foreshore to renew my membership fee. I was in the vicinity so I thought I do it over there. Kill two birds with one stone. So the teller look at the slip and say Opel Club Cape Town? “No, I never heard of such a place” I say but cant you just look it up on the system. She looks on the system and say the only thing I can think of is vehicle financing. I say no it’s a car club. She ask all the other tellers and they say no they never heard of it, while she giggles. I say no no this quite pathetic, I have done this many times at Long Street branch. She say ok she’s gonna go ask someone else and out of the door she goes and disappears. While she’s gone I take out my phone go on to the OCCT website and got the account details and filled in another slip and went to the next teller (Nedbanks are always empty) and made the deposit. As I get my copy of the slip she appears and say sorry Sir….. I say no its ok, I managed, bye have a good day. No response from her.
I never had this type of sh!t at any other bank.
