Opel Club Cape Town

Popped in partzone in brackenfell looking for a radiator.
They say they don't have in stock but can order it for me.
This afternoon i get a phone call that my radiator is available.
That's what i call service.

Great to hear stories like these!!

I would call it service but not really something to commend them on.
I mean, that's their job, ain't it? To order & call you back when they have stock, whether it be in an hour or 2 or day or 5.
On the flipside though this is SA, & in that context it would probably be very good service
