I really feel I was ripped off by this place to fit and wire up the fogs on my ute, they charged me R1500 the 1st time and it took them the whole day, I dropped the ute off at 8 am and by 3 pm they still havent called so I called and the lady told me they will phone me when they are done, then the guy phoned me at around 3:30 pm and said that they are finished with the job and that it's going through the wash and that he will call again when hes going to send the driver to pick me up but at 4:45 pm still nothing ! I called again and the driver arrived at around 5:10 Shocked to see the invoice of R1500 I paid it after the guy assured me that everything is 100% that same night they stopped working so I went back the next morning and the guy told me the bulbs (55W) wiring burnt off so they fitted 2 new bulbs (55W) and again charged me R375 after I waited there another 2 Hours ! Very frustrated and angry I had to pay that as well otherwise they don't release your car ! Total amount R1875 I'm very dissapointed ! (the fogs i bought from A-bass audio at a good price for R400)

Wayno I wanted to contact you and i should have I actually got a quote to do the job for R1000 at Bosch which I thought was too much, so i popped into DISA auto services and the dude (Pieter Oosthuizen) told me to bring the ute in the next morning and said he will then give me the quote which he never gave and I forgot to ask for the quote again. But I never thought that they will charge more than Bosch for the job

Ok, wait, I thought about this alittle, but doesn't it say that according to the Consumer Protection Act, that a company 1st has to provide you with a quote to which you agree upon before they can commence with work. I am almost sure it does. If I were you, I would take it further.

Yes indeed it does. Had to do some research for my studies. There is a contact number you can phone 0800 007 081. Tried them out already and they very friendly and listen to you. They will send you 2 documents. 1 Explaining the process and doc 2 information you need to complete. Also keep all your receipts Good luck

Yes people have it like that but if you get pulled over the law states it should have a seprate switch or cum on with your brights. Alot of the vans I work on get fines for that. Please get your money back and let them remove there parts then i'll do it for you. Jare im actually really p-d off!

The number and some details of the CPA must actually be made a sticky somewhere as this will always come in handy.
