Took the SB there on Tuesday, as the bracket holding the last box broke, AGAIN.
Guys there did another trick to keep it in place.
Its fine and all... but this is where it starts.
Roddy (owner), his d-o-o-s son, has the cheek to say, "are you also going to just leave and not pay like the last time?"
I nearly got out and gave him one hell of a P-klap.
Went to Roddy, asked him what his sons problem is...
Explained the last time, the job was to bring the tail piece closer in as it was sticking a mile out (enough to burn your leg walking past).

Why it was like that, because I replaced the centre pipe between the 2 boxes (done there at powerflow), and as most ppl know, SS does expand when it gets hot, before it settles in, so the whole exhaust pushes backwards, hence the tail piece sticking out a mile.
Obviously the little c### doesn't understand that.
And now, I had to pay for the little job of securing a better manoeuvre of the back bracket.
I argued, where is the line drawn for warranty come backs etc etc.
If those brackets are really k@k (claims he gets them from Williams Hunt Belville) -
Quote:
"they actually made for 1600s and stuff"
Okay! Rolling Eyes
Why the f### use them? Source another manufacturer of these brackets.
I've supported Powerflow with all my opels over the years....
f### you roddy, you will never see me again.... So much for your 5 year warranty huh d-o-o-s!

Shocked and I was thinking of fitting a powerflow system there! Sad

Thanks for informing me! Wink

Tell me quickly! You guys don't know of a place where I can fit a powerflow system for my 200is and how much can I expect to pay? Don't really care about brand, it can be powerflow or cowley!

Sorry for the hi-jack! Smile

I've been to Powerflow in Salt River on 3 occasions... They've always done excellent work.

I've been to Powerflow in Bellville twice... They caught on cr@p with my exhaust, and it's still not right... They worked okay on my branch though.

I need to go to an exhaust place again, but I'll be going to Powerflow in Salt River.
