The Smart Lab is directly opposite the entrance of China Town by Sable square, you go down the street by Redfern labels. Seems the S4 battery problem will happen to all S4's eventually.
Their actual service and people skills arent very good but at least my phone only took 2 days after they told me it will take a week. Much better than my 3 weeks.

This thread is really interesting. My S4 hasn't given me any problems yet & I hope not. It's nice to know about the "friendly" service with these smart people.

I wonder if they open on Sundays I think they are. I remember seeing something and still thinking its strange that they're open on a Sunday. Maybe just give them a call to check though.

Its like a damn virus, I guess this is what happens when you start mass producing, I'm still kicking myself for not getting a Iphone.

In before Alroy and the likes say "Samsung is k@k, Sony is the best ever, apple is also k@k" Apple had a similar issue with their antennas when they released the iphone 4, also a worldwide problem. They didnt care and neither does Samsung, as long as sales arent affected

samsung has a good product - they mass produced and few batches have snags - like with most stuff.
for every issue mentioned on this forum - i know of 3 other users that dnt have a single minute to complain about
good luck for feb/mar when s5 is launched

Waai jou wit vlaggie lol but all phones have their share of problems but when the problems pile up like they do with the S4 then it probably does resemble a phone lol

in the past year i had bb9360, 9790, 9500 HTC one X, Motorola MB525 Iphone 4s and now Nokia lumia 920. i live outside, i smuit my phone in my backpack when i go hiking and at sports events. the moto and iphone took the hardest knocks(including kayaking, falling on my bek on a hike and a random hockey ball clipping the iphone out of my hand) with no scratches. apart from battery issues on the 9360, nothing else. i guess i was just lucky. in the end, its just a phone
