damn automagic and dialdirect are disgusting!!!!

dialdirect said the panel work would take 2-3 working days.

my car went in monday to Automagic, because that what insurance said, they tell me by friday

they also said i had to pay R380 for my tire because it became damaged.


now i get no feedback from them.

so my dad calls this morning and enquires

they say the tire is discontinued and they cant replace,

they cant replace my badge on my car cos of some problem.

so my dad asks why no contact?

guy somma replies with, "what the F are you asking me?!" and puts phone down

Im lost for words. Go to the Son boeta and place an article jong coz this is just bad service.

I work for an ISP and have to follow up on payments every day totaling up to R50 000.00 max and even if a client swears at me I still have to be polite and keep my professionalism. So this is just poor service boet, I will never join them. Thanks for informing us.

i went to fetch my car today...

still no badge, they tried to glue the broken grill back together...

they used pirate parts- as specified by the damn insurance company! WTF!

they couldnt do the wheel alignment because my hub is damaged, i ask, why didnt telesure pick it up when I TOOK THE CAR TO THE CENTURY CITY branch for inspection? i said there was a shudder, they didnt believe me...

the panel gaps are disgusting! i waited another hour for them to fix it, no luck.

there is water in my headlight now on the left.

the fender moulding is still loose.

the wheel alignment is even further out

my car's engine oil is pitch black from abusive driving and i know it was them because the one guy asked, "what have you done to the motor, cos it goes"

the engine bay is flippin dirty now also!

the one fool had to move my car back into the workshop and was revving it constantly, with cold oil in it...


to say the least, that was a shocking 1.5 hours of my day
