the most rude guys i have ever heard..
i called looking fo a wheel bearing....
firstly.. he argues with me on what size MY CAR takes...
argues with what size bearing MY CAR takes...
i tell him , its a 74mm bearing 98 opel kadett.... he says no sir u wrong it takes a 72mm , i tel him go check your bearings the 106 code is 72mm he argues again.....
i tell him all i want is a 74mm bearing can u help me or not.... he says just wait man
he comes back after 5mins,,, ( im taking from cellphone) he says yes we have a 74mm . i ask so what brand is it..
he says now i must go flippin back to go check
now im thinking , if i was in that shop and he wys me this i woud kick his f*#@$ jaw off!!!!
he then tells me its a import bearing,.,,,, i asked again what brand partquip or fag!!! he simma puts the fone down!!!
what service is that??

u think maybe your car got wrong bearings on - for the year model ? opel famous for it ....all i know is that when i did my rear bearing last month the bra chune that the one on my car not the one according to opel spec....
hence - if u drive an opel , always have a sample
they still buch of "people"

have to agree with Az33z, maybe didn't have a call in a long time or he maybe had a shop full of clients at the time....the guy was maybe hungry too

It doesnt matter what his situation is, there is no excuse to treat a customer that way. Even if you are asking for the wrong parts he can suggest/recommend the parts he thinks is correct but if you insist, he should give you what you are asking for.
Perhaps he is not interested in getting any new business.
