45 Qed Direct to head ITB's...
Steel rods
288 billet cams
Solid lifter head
double valve spring assembly
titanium valve retainers
raised limiter to 8500rpm. :twisted:

Diablo was wondering the ecotec is a smoother motor than the xe
have u driven in an xe with ITBs
question is when one does a conversion like yours does some of that refinement remain or is it also become as grof as the Xe with the mods carried out?
should be a smoother power delivery?

Basically the thing which made the xev such a smooth ride was due to the twin port system ( variable runner lengths for low and high rpm ) and some other intake mani bits and bobs.With ITB's,thats out of the picture..I havnt driven a xe itb powered Corsa yet,but id imagine they are the same regarding the grof ride.haha.

Just went through the whole build, took awhile but was nice to see how much went into this car! :duim:

Makes me want to build a throttled ecotec corsa now... :twisted:

Daiblo can you please mail me a engine pic of how you connected your BLOX box, or if you can please explain where you got your original source of vacuum point from and if there were other type of fittings or is straight forward .

I just need to know where the main source came from
