Opel Club Cape Town

Can somebody help me through on how to connect an RCA converter to the standard HU of a Opel Astra H (CD30), please?

I have no idea about this, because I bought my Corsa without the CD30, but a brief Google brought me this:

It seems you'll need a converter of sorts.

I had a box, no idea what it was called anymore which you spliced into two of the speaker outputs from the headunits loom that would then change it into RCA outputs.

I had (actually think I still have one) of those red boxes lying around somewhere
